Information we collect
The project enquiry form may ask for your name, email address, phone number, company, project type, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method, project details and consent. We may also receive referral or campaign information such as the page path, referrer and UTM parameters.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you, understand your project, assess fit, prepare next steps, improve our services and maintain security. We do not sell enquiry data.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, Web Analytics and bot protection, including Turnstile. It uses Resend for email delivery. These providers process information as needed to deliver the website, understand aggregate website usage and route enquiries to our inbox.
How we store enquiries
Enquiries are sent to our business inbox. We are not currently storing submissions in a separate website database or CRM. We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed for legitimate business, support, record-keeping and security purposes.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
As a Data Principal you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it, ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data, ask us to erase data we no longer need, and withdraw consent you previously gave. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
Consent and purpose
We collect personal data through the enquiry form on the basis of the consent you give when submitting it, and use it only for the purpose it was given for — responding to and assessing your enquiry. We do not use it for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell it.

Robin Anttal (Founder & Grievance Officer) is the contact for any question, request or grievance about how your personal data is handled. Write to info@quantamq.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.
